I put Bilstein 5100's on several months ago, had the front set at position 3 (highest and supposedly a 1.1" lift) and still have a 2" rake from back to front. I misplaced my original measurements so I don't have any idea if it really changed. I went down to the local dealership and measured an AT4 and AT4X. AT4 had 2" and AT4X had 3" difference from back to front on ride height. I couldn't see mileage, so I have no idea if either were driven to any degree to settle in.

Anyone that can measure their stock rake from front to back?

Ground to bottom of wheel well, the plastic on both front and rear tires. Mine with 34's is 41.5" in rear and 39.5" in front

That does seem odd. I just did the exact same thing and I'm sitting more level but I do have a little rake.

The most accurate measurement is from the center of the hub to the bottom of the wheel well. It takes the tire inflation/side wall flex out of the equation.

I guess my reply didn't post. I'm at 40" in the front and 40.875" in the rear, which is pretty much exactly the rake I was expecting with the 1.1" Bilsteins in the front.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah something just feels off. While I don't have airbags, I expected something alot closer to what you have and feel that the shop may have forgotten something on the install. Since they completely forgot to put back on the UCA nut on the drivers side (whole other story), I don't have a lot of faith in going back to them. Will have to find someone else to take a look.

While I understand the reasoning and theory behind it, using that didn't change much.

Rear - 24 3/4"
Front - 23 1/4"

I don't think that's the case. They and I verified the numbers via Bilstiens site and their vendor prior to them ordering. I think there is question from my perspective on how they were installed however. I've jacked it up a few times and the clip is in the right position, #3, but I can't see above that without taking more apart

It seems there are 3 options: 1) The kit is wrong, 2) it's installed incorrectly, 3) the kit is not performing correctly.

Check back in when you get it sorted.
