Squeaking Rear Brakes

Recently there has been a very annoying squeal coming from my rear brakes. The pads have plenty of life left and the noise isn't like what a pad wear indicator would make. It's a very light sound, and it only occurs with light braking, like dragging your brakes through a Chik-fil-a drive thru lol.

I have read about similar problems on other forums with no solutions. Some guys have had GM replace the pads and even rotors in some cases which didn't fix anything. But if GM is just replacing faulty parts with faulty parts, I'm not really surprised. I think I'm going to try greasing the calipers and go with some aftermarket pads (maybe resurface the rotors?). I just want to get y'alls thoughts on it or see if any of you had the same issue.
