Slot in Dash

Got my New AT4 and learning all the bits and pieces and I find a slot in the dash to the left of the steering wheel that is not mentioned in any literature I can find. Anyone know what it is?
A credit card fits but I have not inserted one fully not knowing what may happen. Photo below:

What is slot in dash for?

Keep seeing this slot in the dash on both twins but nothing in the manual says what it's purpose is. Anybody know? Thanks. Hal_Amour answered it 03-26-2015, 12:38 AM !! According to GM it is a Toll Card Holder, here is a picture, Note: no wires or connectors behind it ........

What in the heck is the slot just above my head light switch

Hi I have searched my owners manual and found nothing about it, my 2015 GMC Sierra 2wd Standard cab 8 foot bed base model has a slot opening that a credit card could perfectly fit in that is just above the headlight switch and below a small cubby hole that fits a pack of smokes pretty good. It...

I use a card to get in parking at work. That would be a handy place to keep it.
