Hello all,

I will be installing a Cirrus 820 on my 3500 very soon. I need to figure out camera options when the tailgate is removed. What is the best solution? I could go with aftermarket wireless, OR has anyone experimented with buying the stock tailgate camera and harness and making a custom mount? If I remove the tailgate will it affect the whole camera system?

I would go with oem and make a mount. Gotta buy the camera and harness anyway if'n you have the 360° view...

Thats right, I am seeing the aftermarket options mention no 360 view.

How did your camera option work out. did yo find an easier way to disconnect elctronics for tailgate and add a 360 camera?
