Side Mirrors on 2023 AT4X - Memory wiped every few days

I adjust my side mirrors every few days due to the memory being lost/reset for some reason. Does anyone else have this issue? I adjust them to my liking, then out of the blue they'll be in different positions.

Are you saving them to a memory slot? If so are you using the same key fob every time? Memory options can be tied to the different fobs

Not saving anything. Do I need to? I'm using the same key fob.

I would. Assuming you have the memory package - once you have your seat and mirrors etc set save them to position one. I don't remember how / if you can tell which fob is which but one of them will be 1 and the other 2. So, if you save your stuff to mem 1 and then you use your fob and everything moves - try using the other fob. I have Fob1 and memory 1, and I set everything the way my wife likes and saved to memory 2 and she uses Fob 2.

Memory stuff is mostly starting on page 50 in my 2022 manual FYI. It talks about how you know which fob is which there too.

I don't know if this will solve your issue but it might help.
