Anybody else noticed this on there trucks yet mines being doing for a while now I can spray a little lube around the clamps on each end and it stops for a couple weeks, I take my truck in for a service Friday so hopefully I can get something figured out it’s kinda annoying sounds like something moving around in the bed of the truck.

Great- another thing I have to worry about on my truck🤣

does anyone remember the days of purchasing a new truck with out having to worry about it falling apart with only 1000 miles on it and driving it for 100 k with no worries? 🤔

Yes but those had grease zerks on the shackles and these don't.;)

Looks like spray lube is the only thing you can get into that cramped space. Have the dealer check for a TB, I seem to remember it mentioned on another site.:)

A buddy of mine is having this issue. So far they replaced the leaf spring, and driveshaft. The dealer does not know what the solution is. Has anyone else had any luck?

My brand new 2022 refreshed sierra AT4 starting making this clunking noise with only 100 miles on it. Has anyone found a fix?

Same. I posted the same a few weeks back on a 2022 refresh with 2000 miles. No resolution for me.

Dealer told me today that this is a known problem with some of the 2022 AT4s. Had them look at the truck and they said that there is nothing that they can do and that GM is working on developing a new type of suspension component that will effectively replace the leaf springs..... We will see about that. Unimpressed with the quality of the trucks and the customer service of GM. I guess all trucks aren't made like they used to be. Seems like the new fords have just as many problems. Bummer.

My 2019 AT4 has done this since I rolled it new off the lot. It still clunks in the rear (driver's side). Other than that, I have been impressed with the truck, and it hauls ass with the 6.2L V8!
