Finally pulled the trigger on tires and went with the Cooper Discoverer XLT 275/65/r20.

I was trying to decide for weeks whether to go with these or the Nitto Recon Grapplers, but ultimately decided to go with the Coopers.

Here is what I wanted:
-To size up from stock Dueler A/T (275/60/20)
-To size up without a leveling kit if possible (would add after the fact if necessary)
-Have limited road noise
-Add AT traction
-Add sidewall thickness for some off road use (some hunting, land management)
-Not kill MPG and ride quality
-Have absolutely no rubbing

For those wondering, the 275/65/r20s fit great and fill out the wheel wells nicely. In all directions there is absolutely no rub. I couldn’t be happier. These really added to the look of my truck even better than I anticipated and the fact that there is no rubbing is an added bonus. These tires come in at 34.2”. Hopefully this helps anybody who is stuck trying to figure out which way to go with tires and sizing.

I think all-in I spent about $1600 before the alignment. Super happy with these tires. Quiet, comfortable, and for me, the perfect AT tread pattern. I expected a rougher ride but they’ve ridden better than stock tires. I reached out to Cooper and they advised me to run them at 43 lbs of pressure based on my truck so I have been.

Thanks! Damn, I have a 40% off coupon for Goodyear only, and there are so many better options than GY, such as your coopers, but it's hard to pull the trigger not using this code. Thanks for the input!

I was looking at the Coopers as well but settled on the KO's do to them being in stock at the time. I've been impressed with the KO's. I'm interested to hear what you think about the Coopers.
