ProGrade trailering trailer length indicator

Any one had an issue with the trailer length indicator not showing up. My 2023 AT4 HD does not show the red box indicating the trailer length for changing lanes.
My 2021 did with the same trailer and invisible trailer camera.

I have the same issue with my 2024. Can't figure out why its not there? It worked on my '23 1500 and I transferred the trailer info from the MyGMC app to the truck. Any suggestions?

Lol, nope. 3 dealers had no clue on how to fix it either.
