Rinse the salt off!!! I've lived along the east coast my entire life. Currently, in Chester County, PA. I've always heard horror stories of rust, recently witnessing it myself. My brother was buying a truck for work. Looked great until we got down and looked underneath. Holy shit the rust was crazy. The truck was from the same region as us. This is why I rinse my vehicles off any chance I get! This push Broom/under carriage sprayer is the sh*t!

Added the link to the original post as well. Sorry about that! It flips around and it's also a water broom. Worked really well to get the mud, salt, tree junk off my driveway. Its clean again...well as clean as it can be in the winter. Can't wait to re-do my driveway. Only thing about this house/property that I do not like.

My AT4X AEV is raised from factory and online research indicates the spray from 4 nozzles may not provide adequate spray from ground level for a raised truck. My gas powered pressure washer is 2800psi and may not have enough pressure when divided amongst 4 nozzles. Having said that, it would probably work for mild cleaning purpose and not baked on dirt.

It will definitely help! At least with rinsing salt off. I'm pushing 3600psi and still didn't have 100% full pressure out of the 4th/last nozzle. Could be clogged. Didn't check it out as I was rushing. If I have major mud I'm getting under it with the short gun and getting dirty.

I checked my Pressure washer again; it is 2750psi and puts out 2.5gpm. I think pressure and gpm both matter. Although the thought of purchasing a 4200 PSI 4 GPM washer sounds attractive, regardless I can afford it, I can't justify the spend for the limited use I would put it to. Someone needing frequent salt or mud cleaning could justify it.

Correct. They both matter. I hear you man. I wanted/chose a beast at first, but talked myself out of it. This one is plenty and it gets used a lot. So far so good.

I feel you. I literally bought my AT4X on a Saturday and they brined the roads that night. I didn't even get to enjoy the truck "unsalted" for a single day . I need to move South...

I just ordered mine!!
Nice! It really worked well. Now I don't have to get on the ground to clean salt off! Knock on wood, the 2015 Sierra has been through some shit over a lot of miles, and it's got no rust! Really shows how a little time cleaning it off helps.

Looks like a good invention where applicable. I'm glad I live in Texas, no problem here.
