Power steering pump noise

I have a 2021 2500 and it makes a weird noise when turning right especially on U-turns. It’s sounds like the pump is being starved for fluid . Noise can also be described as slurping type noise. Dealer said noise is normal according to a service bulletin from GMC. Anyone else experience this noise ?

Hmmm. I haven’t experienced it yet. I’ll pay closer attention and listen for it. I’d also ask the dealer to see the service bulletin and possibly get a second opinion. Doesn’t sound normal to me? I’ll pay closer attention on mine today and see if it makes a similar noise.

Thank you @LamboTexas. That is a great suggestion. I have an appointment next week at another dealer. I'll request a copy of the bulletin and post an update once I have one.
