Passenger side door not flush

Any of you guys have doors that are not flush? I looked at a couple AT4s on the alot and majority of them are the same way. Is this something that can be adjusted?

This is my first truck and coming from German/Japanese cars, I find the workmanship to be horrible. There are so many issues with fit and finish. Is this normal?

Anything mass produced will have some errors here and there, especially with what's left of the work force after half the country retired last year. But that being said my AT4 seems just fine. My last Mercedes had door fitment issues and I was able to adjust them by the hinges to get them to line up correctly.
