Over the air programing

Anyone else having issues? a month ago I returned home from a 4 day trip to find my 23 canyon dead in the airport parking lot. Then 2 weeks later I returned from a camping trip to find my Canyon dead (parked at a trail head for 4 days, no cell service). Both times the trucked jump started. My dealership has now had my Truck for going on a week, and still no answers. Just curious if anyone else out there is experiencing anything similar?

My dealer had issues reprogramming a new replacement instrument cluster. It is all the OTA programming. If you search around the dead battery issue after an update seems like a frequent problem for GM. See Chevy trucks:
