Nothing is worse than your 3 month old 2500 AT4 getting hit by a rock from a riding mower as you drive by. Right on the drivers door nice and high so I can always see it.… gotta get a PDF guy to get the small dent out, then try and touch up the chipped paint. This really pisses me off.
Any one else ever have their new vehicle damaged right away?.

Yes Sir! Got truck and headed to our land about 500 miles away. When pulled into driveway at the cabin it showed about 1200 miles on it.
Had stopped and had windshield replaced due to rock.
Had hit a deer running across road.
Had owed truck about a week, yep it sux!

Rock chip in windshield less than 300 miles. Hope you get it fixed up to your satisfaction. Sucks for sure when they’re so new!!

I was heading to work about a week and an half ago. I was stopped at a red light at a very busy intersection. All of a sudden…boom! Got rear ended by an older suburban. Thankfully, I only needed a new bumper but still sucks. Under 800 miles on the odometer. I was frightfull that I may not get a new bumper quick because of all the rumors regarding parts and the strike but my body shop hooked me up and I had it replaced last week. Guess what a new bumper cost??? They had to paint it and recalibrate the sensors in the bumper. $3,000.00 I had to pay $1,000 deductible but USAA Insurance said they are going to reimburse me because they have decided it wasn’t my fault. Still though, that’s a lot of money for a rear bumper.

About an hour after leaving the dealership, on the drive home, a small rock was kicked up by the car infront of me and it bounced across my hood leaving 3 paint chips.
