The 20's were just dropped off! Gotta love that new rubber smell!

Blow some studs in them and mount'em.

New rubber mounting is better than mounting the old lady any day!

Getting installed this afternoon, will have a 24 mile highway ride home. Will let you know about noise. Have them on the '22 Denali drw that the ride and noise level is no different than oem.

Nitto Exo Grappler AWT's, 285/65r20. 3peak with provisions for studs.

They definitely sing more. Not as bad as 35x12.5x15 KO2's. It is 40° here, so maybe they will chill down down on hot asphalt next summer.

There is no discernible difference in the ride, it's still floats like a caddy for a 3/4 ton.

Plenty of clearance for snow/ice buildup.

For having a 50k warranty also, I think they will be keepers.

Sorry for the image quality, we have not had any sun. Finally some rain, though.

Looks great! I like it, maybe that's the tire size for me. I stated in another post that full turn angle on my '22 2500 AT4 gives clearance of only 1 cm from wheel well liner on back of stock tires (275/65 r20). From your 2nd photo, looks like you removed your wheel well liner (?). I would have to cut/modify liner to put anything larger on mine. Tire Rack actual trials pointed to Conti Terrain Contact being pretty good in load range E, but can't compare with your Nittos that are a different level of lugs. BTW I agree about the ride (many complain!), it is far better than I expected and 'way ('way !) better than the Tacoma I had years ago. I think also there's something wrong with us, I like the new tire smell too...... not only intoxicating but probably literally toxic.

There was no need to remove the carpet liners. I honestly wouldn't remove them to fit a tire, not where this truck runs.

It's a good thing that I don't design air fresheners.
