When you remove the carpet, the snaps are exposed and I didn’t like the look. Plus I’m loyal to weathertech.

Thanks makes sense. I love the mats but the snaps are definitely odd as I’d never use the carpet inserts either

I had these in my AT4X and now in my AT4. In both vehicles, when I removed the carpeted inserts, I covered the snaps with a cap that would snap right in place...even color matched it! I'll see if I can find a link to them.
