Notifications on Digital Gauge Cluster

2022 Sierra 1500 At4, refreshed.

Not sure if this is a problem or if it was designed this way intentionally. Anyway, incoming calls do not pop up on the digital gauge cluster, only on the center infotainment screen. If am on the phone screen on the center of the digital gauge cluster it will show, but not on any other screen. Same when you change the radio station.

Coming from a 2014, anytime there was a change a pop up notification would come across for a few seconds.

Anyone else's like this?

I have the old one -- 2021, but there is a feature in the set up screen on mine that ask "show incoming calls on center" (something like that), or show calls on infotainment... wording is not exact, but I turned it on so it shows my incoming calls on my infotainment screen and not just my gauge cluster. If you scroll through the settings you should see it, just not exactly sure how it was worded.

So I found that setting and it does pop up on the infotainment screen. The calls don't pop up on the gauge cluster unless I am on the phone screen.

If you have a HUD they pop up on there.
