Not looking good for 6.2 & 3.0 orders...

Hope they figure this out soon.
They have already dropped a few color choices. As well as other creature comforts like "heated and ventilated seats" (waiting to have mine retrofitted) and "Super Cruise".

I walked into the dealer yesterday to order a refreshed Elevation model with the 3.0 diesel. I was promptly told that the 6.2, 3.0D AND the 5.3 were under constaints. Which left me with only the small engine for an option. After he explained all this I was about to get up and leave when the phone rang. I told him to feel free to answer it so that I could process this info and decide what to do. I decided to just leave and go search elsewhere for a different vehicle when he hung up the phone.

Basically the phone call was another customer calling to cancel his custom built AT4 with the 3.0 diesel. He had gotten so impatient and upset that he did not let the salesman speak and tell him the vehicle had JUST ARRIVED THAT MORNING. It wouldnt have mattered cause this customer had given up and purchased another vehicle that morning.

So basically the sales guy walked me to the garage of the dealership and showed me this georgous looking, fully optioned AT4 and said that knucklehead just canceled his order. He said what they do now is put it on the lot and sell it as new inventory. Nope, took that beast for a test drive and later drove it off the lot and back home. Its on the high end of my affordable budget, but dayum if thats not a fine looking truck I say.

Hope its worth the wait for all of you, I feel like I cheated and only waited an hour in the showroom while I did the paperwork

Ordered my 3.0 AT4 in January and its supposed to be here this week but dealership said there is a delay at the port now. FUUUUUUUUGGGG me! Ugh

It will be worth the wait my friend. The 3.0 AT4 is such a nice truck, it kind of feels awkward for me to own something THIS NICE. I have always been a single dad and my baby girl always came before my needs. But she is 23 and a college graduate now, its daddy time. This truck is just so good you too will be amazed I am sure of it. Be patient my friend!
