NO crank, no start! 2022 AT4 6.2L...Dealership is screwing me..

Hello, I'm having a major issue with my 2022 AT4 6.2L two weeks ago and had to get my truck towed to the dealership because I came outside to try and start the truck and would not crank nor start, all the warning and service lights were popping up on the dash, tried to turn off the power to the truck but my HVAC system and my headlights would not turn off, I manually turned off the headlights but there was nothing I could do with the HVAC it just wouldn't turn off until I disconnected the battery. So I Replaced the battery still nothing with same results, truck was just running perfect the night before. So I called the tow truck, the dealership has been diagnosing the issue for two weeks (which is BS IMO) with no solution as of yet....anyone have any ideas of what the problem is?? Thanks

I have a 2022 6.2 as well. I unfortunately had my engine seize at like 2400 miles. The dealership put in a whole new engine. But after the new engine went in I started having issues with it not wanting to start And a bunch of warning lights come on. Turned out to be a bad ground strap from engine to firewall. Been fine ever since 28,000 miles now.

Thanks for the info, dealership called today and said they still haven't been able to diagnose the problem after having the truck for 3 weeks (which I call BS) I asked the service advisor if they checked the grounds and of course I knew the answer would be yes...not really getting much help, I'm gonna give them one more week and also talk to some other dealerships in the area next week and ask to see if they've had any similar issues. It's looking like I'll probably be towing it to another GM dealership tho...very frustrating to say the least.

I would talk to your service advisor and ask if those are the correct numbers. It would be cheaper to tow it to my dealer and have them replace the connectors and program!!! Also with paying your dealer diagnostics charge!

After a month with the truck in shop and piss poor communication, the dealership text me the quote for the repairs that are needed...theres no way in hell that the repairs for 2 different options is 9k and 11k for wiring.

If'n it was mine, I would pay for the dia fee and tow it to another dealer for a second opinion.

Exactly! I'll be heading up there in the morning to have a sit down and figure this all out with a breakdown of how they came up with those numbers and if that is correct then I'll be towing the truck home and finding another dealership.
