No, they are just rails. However, there is an option to attach steps to them.

Too many complaints from the wife and kids so I caved and got the additional steps. I'll post pics later.

do they attach to the body where the oem steps bolt in or do they mount to the frame? I like how tight they fit to the rocker.

They use the body where the side steps mount. I couldn't find anything that would bolt to the frame. I also recently bought steps for them since the wife and kiddos kept complaining about the leap into the truck.

Just got my 2021 AT4 6.2 last week. I'm looking for some type of side step that can hold up to a NY winter, and also mounts to frame? Has anyone found something like that? I hate the rocker mounts....I've had them break or rust off before.

Don’t know if it meets all your requirements, but I installed the Go Rhino RB20’s. I’m 6’3 285# and they don’t budge. You can also add additional steps to them if you lift your truck or whatever.
