Great looking truck. I want to do something very similar when I can stow away a few bucks.

Did the Bilsteins add any additional height up front? I have the ready lift and it still has a pretty prominent rake.

I used them at stock height..... I asked my installer about using the next setting and skip the preload spacer but he recommended to use the kit as designed.
I don't believe you want to go any higher as you are at the limits of your axles.
Mine has a slight rake but hardly notice it and I pull light trailers from time to time.
