Hi all - I bought a 2025 2500 AT4 one month ago and have loved it. I looking into a bed cover and really like the Diamondback options due to their security & seal. However, finding pictures of one on a 2500 seems hard to locate.

Does anyone have pictures they can share? Or any pros/cons from their experience with Diamondback?

The only con I can think of initially is not having the ability to use the entire bed at ease & covering the 5th wheel access. Not as concerned about the 5th wheel based on my use.

I'll get you some pictures of my diamond back once it gets lighter outside. 5th wheel is accessible if you buy what I have (the switchback).

Initially I was going to buy a cap but didn't for the following:
-once a cap is on, its not coming off. Meanwhile my diamond back was a one man job and comes off easily
-the diamond back material is very heavy duty feeling. The top coat is just like a bed liner. While I feel scared to scratch the rest of my truck, I found myself throwing things up on the diamond back without a second thought
-thought I saw a story somewhere of a truck either rolling over or a tree falling on top of the bed and the diamondback still in one piece with everything inside secure
-was going to get a cap so I can get my dogs to ride in the back. However, I quickly learned that the bed is deep enough and both my dogs (golden and lab) fit underneath just fine (with the top tailgate down for air)
-the switchback can carry a load of 400 pounds on top
-and finally, to me, having a cap defeats the entire purpose of the truck. Id lose 5th wheel access and won't have the ability to carry very tall and heavy things that a cap would otherwise not be able to accommodate within

I forgot to list my only cons.

If you're equipped with a bed view camera, you won't see anything inside the bed with the diamond cover folded into one piece toward the cab.

Also forgot to mention with a cap on the bed you completely lose that camera which was another reason why I got the diamondback.

I think pinebaron has a diamondback too, different version than mine and looks cooler if he's got pictures to share. You won't have 5th wheel with his version.

You are correct, mines a Diamondback HD and the only difference I see, mine has locks for the rear and front sections. Just took a couple of pics. I have cleats in a box and have not installed them; will do if I ever get an atv.

Your front and back tilt upwards too right? Only functionality of the sort I have is the rear and middle fold up to the front part to allow for 5th wheel or taller items to fit.

As far as installation, for mine, was 4 clamps on the front portion. The rear portion is held with two rod type clamps that easily come off to allow the folding function

Right, front and back tilt up; best thing is it’s watertight, and dust proof too since I completely sealed the tailgate.

I second that. I hand wash mine and use a pressure washer. Zero water inside afterwards
