Hello all. New member here just looking for insight, advice and so knowledge on the new truck. Went from a 2020 Denali 1500 to the 2024 3500 AT4. Also new to the diesel game!!! But excited for the new rig.
Yeah, i towed my 8.5x20...... It was like nothing was back there. Cant complain at all.Congrats on the new 3500 AT4 and welcome to the forum! What do you think so far? Have you had a chance to tow with it?
Im still getting used to the size difference. The 3500 is a monster. But it works for me. The interior space is a huge plus though.Congrats on the new rig! How you do like the size of the 3500 over the 1500? I’m thinking about going into a 2500 at4. Currently driving a ram 1500 and there is a size difference for sure.
Yeah man it’s definitely a lot bigger than a 1500 that’s for sure! When test driving I constantly checking my side mirrors hahaIm still getting used to the size difference. The 3500 is a monster. But it works for me. The interior space is a huge plus though.
A year ago coming home from a camping trip in Michigan we started talking about upgrading from a 1500 double cab to the 2500. Ordered it in November and picked it up in March. Just did the same camping trip last week. Night and day difference. Daily driving took a bit since the truck is longer and taller. The comfort and extra interior room is big plus while not giving up bed space. The wife is still not comfortable driving it distance but that will come over time.Congrats on the new rig! Yeah I’m going to be picking up my first diesel 2500 next week. In Canada the at4 fully loaded was super hard to find in my part of the area. Luckily I found a dealer 45 mins away that had one on the lot. Just excited to have a new truck but not excited on the price lol. It’s a good thing the duramax HD holds value. Another factor was going for another 1500 they are high 90-100k in Canada and it’s not that far off from HD pricing.A year ago coming home from a camping trip in Michigan we started talking about upgrading from a 1500 double cab to the 2500.
