Can someone w a 21 at4 take a look at your infotainment screen and go to settings—system— wifi networks.
If you have a hot spot or nearby wifi can you see if the truck can see the network when you hit add other network?
I’ve been having apple CarPlay issues and my wifi on the truck is dead. Pretty sure it’s all related.

Yes, the truck's own wifi will show up. And any others in the neighborhood.

Thanks. I was pretty sure mine did. I took it to the dealership and they kept it for 5 days and just wrote could not duplicate problem.
Gonna take it to another dealer this week.

When you picked it up, were any networks showing? I'm sure the dealer has multiple that show up, just not available.

No. I can’t even click on the add network button.
My wireless airplay has worked great, then one day while driving, it all kinda flashed and ever since the wireless part of it doesn’t work.
Bluetooth still works, but nothing dealing w wifi works.

Remove the negative battery cable for two minutes then reinstall.
