Hello all. I just bought a new Sierra 1500 AT4 from a dealer in Utah. I am looking for a reputable company that can transport the truck to Pennsylvania. Everyone I have contacted is a broker and wants money up front. All of the reviews I have read are terrible. Does anyone know of a good owner/operator company?

Welcome! If you aren't able to find anything else, check out USHIP:

Good luck.

I've shipped many vehicles, and unfortunately most of the places you call aren't shippers but brokers. They advertise great rates, then they give your job out to the lowest bidder. Also some of the web sites, once they get your information your phone may blow up for a week with places calling and making offers. I got so frustrated I bought a car hauler lol. At one point I created a secondary gmail account and google phone number, just so I wouldn't have my normal ones bombarded with unwanted calls. Last time I purchased a truck from Texas they wanted $3000 to ship it (during peak covid) so I bought a plane ticket for $248 and flew down, drove it back. Cost me a long weekend but was WAY cheaper. Have you asked the dealer you're buying from if they have a shipper they can recommend? Your best rate will obviously be someone who's already driving from Utah to PA and has one spot left on their trailer etc..good luck!

I also in the past and bought a one-way plane ticket and flew there and picked it up and drove it back. I enjoy the process got to drive the truck and learn its ins and outs and we got to see a lot of great country.
Plus (if it's new) you get to break it in, at least partly (y)
