I originally wanted (and ordered) a Toyota Tundra, but discovered quite quickly not only is that a cult, but they're REALLY proud of their offering (RE: pricing is dumb). After reflection and a review of specifications, costs, etc., I wound up ordering a GMC AT4. And I can't wait. Saw a couple friends of mine had purchased and wow... I can't wait

I owned a '17 Tundra TRD Pro, and owned Toyota trucks since 1989. It is a cult. Most of the owners seem to think they own the holy grail of pickup trucks. Now that I dumped it, they (noticeably) look at me with disgust, like I betrayed my (and their) whole point of living. I'm not joking. They tell themselves that the Tundra is the 3/4 ton of 1/2 tons. I'm here to tell you they are full of s---. I'll take my GMC AT4, hands down. This GMC is better in every way I have experienced so far: Driving, towing, Off-roading (I work on ATV trail systems). You made the right decision, in my opinion.

you described my neighbour 100%. Guy thinks his 2020 or 21’ tundra….they all look the same to me lol. He thinks it’s the best truck on the planet. Doesnt mean much since he is the type of guy to boast about everything. Everything he has is the best and whatever you have is not as good as his type of person.

How long did it take from order to being informed it's built and in transit? I ordered one recently and am somewhat skeptical that I'll see it anytime soon. Everything seems to be in some type of holding pattern. I don't want to sound like a buzz-kill, but I think there's some HUGE lot where a ton of AT4's are "in transit".

My order went in on April 17th. Received an email this morning it has arrived at the dealer.
I think the big delay(s) were due to certain missing puzzle pieces which have apparently been found. Cheers,
