I’m sure I’m going to feel stupid after I ask this but I cannot figure it out. I’ve spent some time with the owners manual and reading forums but everything seems to reference the app on the phone.
So, when I try to sign in to the app that is on the infotainment screen, it simply does not respond. I can touch the “sign in” button and it just does not do anything. I’ve tried it in my driveway with the truck connected to my house wi-fi and no go.
I’m signed into the app on my phone, and I’m logged into the infotainment center profile options with both google and the truck profile (which is the login for the My GMC app.
I called on star and they said they could not diagnose the infotainment screen, only the app connectivity from truck to phone.
I’m sure I’m missing something, any ideas?
