My 2022 AT4 cranks but will not start.

So I went to leave in my 2022 AT4 hit the start button and all it did was crank. I had to push the button 3 times to get it to stop cranking. I’ve tried letting it wake up, disconnected the battery etc.. I have a 6.2 and only 4300 miles. Any help available??

Had the same happen to my 2020 AT4 5.3 dealer software update solved the issue as well as infotainment system update.

Had the same happen to my 2020 AT4 5.3 dealer software update solved the issue as well as infotainment system update.

Did the dealership say what was the main issue, i had that same issue with my Ram Rebel and thats why i came over to GMC AT4.
