Yes B&W, when not in use rotated underneath the tailgate step will not contact. I got one and it works great

Wow, that goes against what even B&W said when I called them. Do you know the height from top of your ball to the ground? I would do that if it worked like yours.

I can get a measurement, I have no clue what it is, just that I can back under the trailers w/o raising the tongues.

I just checked my clearance on my 1/2 ton and I will impact the rubber molding on top of the tailgate.

Here is the measurement, 19.250. This is the 2.5" hitch for the HD's. I was referring to the 2500/3500 as this is where the question was asked.

I have no clue on the 1500's. I have one for it, but never use it as she doesn't pull anything. The wife stole it!
What's a guy to do?

Perfect, thank you. Mine would need to be an inch higher - need to be around 20 or a little above to haul my boat level. On a 2500HD

@Rivertrail Well it will work. The previous pictures were on a '22 Denali 3500drw with 17" tires.

Here are pictures of a '23 AT4HD 2500 with 285/65r20 tires. As you can see the balls are on the third hole down. So it can be raised up one hole, the hole spacing is 1.5"...

Sorry for the confusion. I had the picture of the dually showing clearance on my phone from sometime ago.

The model for a 2500 is different than a 1500. The model for a 1500 will hit the inner gate in normal haul position.

I would of bet my mother in law I saw a 1500 version. I do not remember the brand. I was going to purchase it but my allowance was already spoken for. I am going to have to double check as I totally forgot where I saw it and if I was mistaken. Costco maybe? I don’t know?
