Multimatic DSSVs on 2020 Sierra 1500 AT4

I know this is an older post but to answer your question yes they will fit. I installed the multimatic DSSV struts and shocks on my 2020 AT4. Here are a few photos.

Any chance you can desc the difference in ride on pavement? Does it dive in braking now?

On pavement is night and day difference. You still feel bumps in the pavement, but it is more controlled and not harsh. It does not dive when braking. I was surprised that there is not a lot of body roll when taking hard corners. I have not replaced the rear springs, but I am considering doing so to get the full effect. Downside is it will lower the tow rating a little bit. The rear end still gets a little jittery at times on rough asphalt and uneven jointed concrete. On these trucks, the stock springs ride really close to the overload. I think that has a lot to do with it no matter what rear shock you have. As far as cost; I got the complete front driver side strut and both rear shocks off of a wrecked new truck for about $750. I had to put together the passenger front strut for another $750 from parts purchased from Dallas GM Parts Center. I most likely would not pay the $3,500 from an online gm parts center and definitely not the sticker price of $4,500 or whatever it is. I figured if I could get the complete system for about the same cost as the Bilstein 6112 (front struts) and the 5160s (rear) then I would do it. Glad it worked out, the ride is great! Hope this helps!
