Muffler swap

Hey everyone,I recently picked up a 2024 at4 6.2L. I had the factory muffler and tips swapped out. The factory muffler has an electronic flapper control valve to change from normal mode to sport mode. Since the new muffler was installed, the check engine light is on which doesn’t allow me to cold start my truck. I re connected the electronic flapper to try and trick the system, but I still have the same issue. Is there a way to bypass this or should I put the factory muffler back on?
