My passenger side mirror seems to "fall" while I'm driving. I can move it into proper position and shortly after, it seems to slowly drop down. There is no problem with moving the mirrors or folding them. It's not the reverse feature. This is happening while driving. Sometimes I end up readjusting the mirror several times while traveling to a destination. Has anyone experienced this or have any possible solutions? It's a 2023 AT4 2500 Sierra. Approx. 3000 miles.

Can you manual move it with a finger? If so, dealer cannot use the excuse of "not being able to replicate."

Sounds like a warranty defect.

I am able to move it with my fingers. I manually pushed it all the way up to the sky to see if that changed anything. It still eventually lost its hold and slowly lowered itself. I already went through hell with the dealer on my previous brand new 2022 AT4 2500 (identical) with so many issues it had and I'm so tired of the "not able to duplicate". They say that even when they actually see the issue. I'm trying to find a way to fix it myself if possible.

My 2022 AT4 does the same thing, I have not approached the dealer yet
