Micro Scratches on Im

Noticed that the black trim around the infotainment screen was riddled with micro scratches after wiping it with a micro fiber cloth and electronic screen cleaner. Thought I was being careful but i guess not?!? Any suggestions how to polish them out?

Just a follow up.... the maguires plastix almost totally erased the scratches. They were minor but I knew they were and it drove me nuts. I would highly recommend it if you scratch any of the glossy black trim around the screen.
