For those that are using their massage seats. Does your truck remember the last type of massage you set or does it always go back to rolling?

For example I will be driving my truck turned on the massage seat and it comes on as rolling and I change it to say relief and drive. I then park and get back into my truck and turn on the massage feature and it is set back to rolling and I have to change it again.

Please let me know your experience with this. I have an upcoming appointment with the dealer for something else and if this isn't working correctly I want to have them look at this also.

Wanted to know from those that have the AT4X if their massage seats remember the last setting between trips.

Yes, mine does. I leave it on "rolling" massage. Really don't need massaging seats, but the truck came with them. I like the rolling the best though. It is a nice feature to have for sure. Would suck to have to mess with the settings everytime I wanted to use them to get to "rolling".

I like the relief setting but every single time it reverts back to rolling. I set to relief and if I am driving long enough after 20 minutes it shuts off but if I restart them then it is on relief still, but if I shut off the truck and come back and turn it on, then it is on rolling again when I turn back on.

In that case - IDK if mine remembers my settings since I leave it on rolling. I could try to set it at a different style of massage and see if it remembers after I shut it off and then start it back up again.

If you wouldn't mind that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I tried it tonight. Changed it to a different massage setting. Stopped, truck was off 45 minutes. When I started it back up, it was back to rolling. So maybe there is no memory on mine either.

Thanks I was just going off of the getting to know your Sierra insert where it states this:
MASSAGE FEATURES
Turn the feature select knob (A) on the side of the seat to view massage settings on the infotainment screen. Use the 4-way control on the knob to adjust the selected setting.
Press the small button (B) on the side of the seat to activate the most recent massage setting.

Good to know that it is wrong most likely.

I know on the Yukon Denali Ultimate it works the way described above. I know different vehicle but still similar. Guess I won't be as concerned about it unless others say theirs works the way described above.

Yeah, I thought mine "remembered" the most recent setting, but it didn't last night when I tried it. I remember reading the manual also and thought it said it would remember the most recent setting. Since I prefer rolling and keep it on that, I just thought it was remembering that setting.

All good. Thank you again for testing yours out for me. I guess the software update fixed everything else, so I am just super happy

Anyone have an issue with the lumbar not returning to your saved setting? Mine inflates in the middle of my back on restart despite saving in a different position.

I have responded to a similar post elsewhere. Disable your seat exit setting; deflate your lumbar, set seat position to a setting where you can get in and out and drive from a single seat position. set side mirrors settings then save it as Memory 1 or 2 or both if you are the only driver. You will find it works every time.

Fantastic, thank you!
