Ran some errands in my 2023 1500 AT4X today and one of the massage rollers on the driver’s seat is stuck in the raised position. I’ve rebooted infotainment system, unplugged the negative battery terminal for 10 minutes and reconnected…it won’t retract. Feels like a golf ball is poking me on the right side of my back while I drive. Does not respond when turning massage off or on.

Anyone else encountered this? Guess I’ll be calling the dealership tomorrow. Balls.

Yep, happened to my passanger seat. They are air bladders that inflate and deflate. The valves can fail and they can stay inflated and look like a golf ball in that spot. Dealer replaced mine in a day under warranty.

Although my wife loves the massage feature, I hate lumbar or massage on my side; have my lumbar supports programmed to remain deflated. Not quite like a Thai massage :ROFLMAO:

Wait, you haven’t gotten the GM 80085- 69 update yet? It’s a free update for all 6.2 owners. The TSB is titled “Happy Ending “ it’s supposed to relieve the stress caused by owning a 6.2. Ask your dealer about it.

Happened to me earlier this year, had to have the massager replaced under warranty.
