Massage Chair Menu is blank

I finally received my new 2023 AT4X yesterday and discovered it had massage chairs. This afternoon, the onscreen menu was working and allowed me to move between settings. Tonight I moved the dial on the side of the seat and the chair menu on the screen was blank. It showed a picture of a chair and a blank box. Any ideas what to do?

I am having the same issue with my new 24… did you ever find a solution to this?

Did you try and disconnect/reconnect the battery?

Or try a reset. Below is what was posted by another member; feel free to try.

Simply press and hold down the “End Call” button/toggle on your steering wheel of about 10 seconds. A menu will appear allowing you to select Recover or Reset.
