I ran into something and need to replace the two pieces the arrows are pointing to. The larger piece that looks like black plastic is called Front Bumper Lower Fascia Part No.: 84878761 and the painted black piece is called Plate Part No.: 84878746. I also ordered the RH fog lamp Part No.: 84550846 and the fog lamp Bezel Part No.: 84878758. The plate attaches to the bumper via screws on the top, aka where red meets black in the image. Also, when you order the plate, be sure to inspect it before you leave the parts store. They ship it in a box with no protection and the finished surface gets marred from rubbing on the box. My GMC dealer sold it to me at cost and I was able to buff it out.
I have looked and looked but can't find a good tutorial about how to remove the bumper. I found one video online of a white Denali and he took everything off starting at the top where the hood closes. Can anyone help by telling me the steps and the least amount of parts I have to remove to get the bumper off, please?

Yep, gotta start at the end to get to the beginning. There are bolts coming out from the top of the bumper. Gotta get the grill removed and out of the way to get bolts out.

Correct, open hood, remove catch and plastic trim. Pull off painted plastic surrounds around headlights, pull back front fenders, pull open front wheel well liners, remove grill, unclip all electrical and camera and camera washer points, unbolt and remove front bumper, then strip bumper components apart and reassemble.

Here is a good video, have to do the same thing to replace the fog lights in the front bumper.

The bumper insert and lower trim pieces are held on by bolts not accessible with bumper on the truck which is why all the other work to get the bumper off. I installed a bumper insert and did not remove the bumper but cut off some of those bolts from the front with a dremel. I was not keeping the plastic OEM insert so did not care and it saved me a lot of time. But to install the new part bumper will have to be off

While this isn't the post I wanted, it is the one I expected. Thanks for the video.
FYI, I was able to replace the fog light last night by removing the bracket behind it. It was a tight fit though.

Good deal, yeah there are some short cuts. I was able to pull the OEM fog light pig tail and tap a control wire on to it for some aftermarket fogs. Wasn’t easy but possible. But the bumper insert bolts are fully hidden and truly blocked. It really isn’t hard to get the bumper off, just time consuming. A lot more complex than it should be.

Thank you for posting this video as I was stuck with trying to remove the lower fascia. I got my tow hooks off along with the plastic skid plate that sits over part of the fascia but man I was stuck with that next step.

My mind is so boggled with how difficult/time consuming to remove essentially trim parts nowadays.
