Love my AT4 already

Hi folks. I just picked up a 22 Canyon AT4 on Saturday. Love it.
Im sure this question has been asked a million times, but I cant seem to find the answer.
Im running 255/65/17. Tires look too small. Ive been looking at 265.70/17s or 255.75/17s.
Would I have any issues?, also, What are ya'll running?
