I have a dash cam that I leave on while parked. If i don't move the truck within a few days, or at least start it, it'll drag my battery down. When this happened the first time, I looked it up on line, and discovered that if you pull a fuse on the passenger side dash fuse block while the truck is off, wait a few minutes, then reinstall it, the problem usually resolves. I cannot recall which fuse it is, but on my truck, I used a sharpie marker to mark the top of the fuse in that block for future reference if needed again. I believe that the same fuse would control the sound of the blinkers, and possibly seat belt chime.
