One thing that really bugs me about this truck is that I cannot make a phone call from it. I will get in my truck and think about something I forgot to talk to my wife about, or call my kids, or whatever, and when I press the phone button and say "Call Joe Blow on cell" I always get the error, loading phone book, I can wait a few minutes and try again and its still loading. I can't seem to make calls. Yet, when people call me, it knows who they and their name shows up on my display. Anyone else have this issue? Its unuseable. I have a profile set up, I have unpaired and repaired my phone, etc, but it never loads the contacts. My wife's old 2013 explorer would load the phone book when first pairing the phone and they kept that info in the radio, but I don't think this setup works that way. It's so frustrating not being able to make calls. I have a oneplus 7t phone (android) and have not had this issue with any other vehicle.
