Have the lights ever worked? Did it come with heated seats or is this a retrofitted truck?

Mileage and year? Might have warranty left.

Heated seated came installed
No the lights have never worked
Just purchased truck new
Still under warranty

I was just curious it this is a known problem

Have not read about this fault as I don't think it would be a chip shortage debacle.

I do know for a while that the digital number readout on the knob for the temp setting on the hvac system was eliminated.

Missing the 3 lights for high, medium, and low stetting on the heated seat buttons would be a nightmare.

Do the lights work on the cooled seat buttons work? If'n you don't know, those will illuminate blue.

Just noticed this today on my 2024 2500. Passenger lights for back only work correctly. The rest are messed up. Driver side full heat only shows the top light.
Line in Canada. Will definitely be in for warranty repair on the that!

I'm having the same light problem on my 2024 AT4 2500. Driver side heated seats work but only shows the middle light of the 3 heating levels. Called dealer for warranty work, but are booking a month out.

Took mine in on Friday. Dealer is ordering new part. Pretty sure they are replacing the entire AC console.

Might be an HD issue. It works fine on my 2023 AT4X AEV Sierra 1500.
