Looking at buying these from Peak Suspension. Curious if anyone else has installed these same parts? I know Peak Suspension recommends running an Upper Control Arm as well, but i’m not sure it’s necessary. Any thoughts? Planning to throw 35s on and I do off-road frequently so I need the full flex.

2.25" level without a control arm is not going to be good for your suspension geometry. Your control arm will likely sit at or very close to the little bump stop bracket that's under the arm, therefore taking away from your suspension drop for off-road. And the extreme angle will also make you pay more in the long run for ball joint replacements especially if you're off-roading.

You should also invest in a diff drop bracket with that high of a lift because your cv shafts will also sit at a bad angle for longevity.

As far as the brand, never heard of them. If you want cheap and will do the job go rough country. Otherwise kryptonite or cognito in my experience are the best.

I just put on the kit but with the billet series upper control arms and taller block for the back. I’ve been happy with it. You definitely are going to want the UCAs though. For reference I have the duramax at4x aev. I was worried about changing the ride since I came from a solid axle f250 and really liked the ride of the new GMC. Overall the only real difference I have noticed is just getting used to the hood being slightly higher and changing my view while turning etc. I am running nitto recon grapplers 295/70R18 (approx. 34.3" x 11.6" with a .375” wheel spacer to kick it out a bit from the beefier UCAs. For what it’s worth. Those same tires never rubbed with stock suspension and the wheel spacer.
