This past weekend my 2022 GMC 1500 AT4x stated showing persistent errors a few seconds after startup indicating that the lane assist feature is unavailable. I see the automatic emergency braking (orange icon) show up on my driver display. The left-hand button on the front center control panel (below the AC controls) also remains unilluminated.

The cameras all function and are all free from dust and debris. I've tried a few things like pulling out the F11 fuse (passenger side interior fuse box) and doing a force stop on the camera app. Both of those things have sometimes resulted in an error free start up, but the next time I restart my vehicle the error seems to be coming back.

Has anyone else experienced what appears like a software issue with the cameras at vehicle startup resulting in the same error? I'm thinking I may remove a battery terminal to force the computer to restart fresh. My 3-year bumper to bumper warranty just ended 2 weeks ago (arghhh).

Welcome.

Have you lifted the truck recently by chance?

I believe both of your errors will be with the camera under the rear view mirror. I know there are different calibrations for our trucks depending on ride height. Have heard of cases that it needed to be recalibrated.

Also, it won't hurt to disconnect the negative battery cable for a couple of minutes.

My truck still has the factory lift. I also read about the need for recalibration. I will try the battery terminal next and report back on what I see.

Thanks @gemarsh

mine has done this sporadically since i leveled it with the ready lift 2.0 kit. i pull the fuse and it fixes it for a few months but eventually comes back.
