Just picked up my 2024 -no sound

Flew in and picked up my new truck. About a 400 mile drive home.

Anyway about half way home I lost all sound. Radio, Bluetooth, and even turn signals. I got him and watched a video on resetting the infotainment center in safe mode. It worked.

Is there a permanent fix? Software update?

I loved the truck! Seats a little firm.

This happened to me once very early on (less than 250 miles on the truck) and hasn't happened since (about 4,000 miles currently). Not sure if there is a permanent fix, but luckily it doesn't seem to be a frequently-recurring issue.

I agree about the seat firmness as well. Mine do seem to have "broken in" a bit over time, however.

Is there a way to turn up the volume on a phone call besides cranking the knob full blast? It seems like the audio is low on calls?
