Wasnt really in the market yet but tax man said go get a write off, so here we are. I initially was going to get an Elevation.. but after seeing the AT4s on the lot, I got curious. then after seeing the AT4X and seeing the interior improvements.. I was bit. I do a lot of off roading and wheel the shit out of my 95 Land cruiser that is fully armored and full front/rear lockers. Plan to use this for a more comfortable trip for the fam and be able to pull a small trailer, use it for work, and use it to commute. This thing really is a Swiss Army Knife of trucks. Love the 3.0 so far. Took it to Death Valley for some remote camping 3 miles from any major road. Suspension works well.
Have a few issues to fix - no turn signal cancel on RH turns, factory Google is slow AF sometimes, and apparently a common random radio cut out. Seats are not as comfortable as I had hoped but getting used to them being on the stiffer side. Otherwise, love this truck.
Mods so far:
Amber DRLs, AMP steps, Starlink, some integrated ratchet straps, and Banks iDash.
Waiting for Retrax to come.
Plan to go with 17s and 35s soon.
