Is anyone with a 3" body lift running a CAI?

We have a 2022 AT4 that has been modified on the passenger side for a wheelchair by ATC. Since they lower the floor 14" on the passenger side they install a 3" body lift. I just tried installing the Cold Air Industries CAI and it's a no go since the motor stays put while the air box moves 3" up with the body. The positioning of the pipe and the elbow are way off not to mention to make them connect the pcv line in the elbow would be up against the alternator.

Is anyone successfully running a Cold Air Intake that has a 3" body lift.
