Infotainment system going really quiet

Not sure if this is the correct place but I was reading the comments on the Infotainment system going really quiet. on my 2023 GMC Sierra Denali. I have put it into safe mode and it fixed it for a while but it is happening more often now. I also have used the trick of holding down the Mute button but that only helps for a short time. I scheduled an appointment at my dealership for 1/19/24. But should I contact the Connection Center team now?

I've got the same issues...I don't know what the problem is but it's really annoying, I've only had my 2024 for 3 weeks and I was thinking it was some type of setting in the system but I'm also starting to think my truck is cursed because I keep finding more issues, like today I popped the hood for the first time and the liner, insulation under the hood or whatever you call it looks like it melted with only 1k miles and now I'm scheduled to get that repair...plz update once you get it corrected. Thanks

Mine is at the dealership now so we will have to see what they determine .

I had no sound at all dealer said they did an updated and as been ok. But have CarPlay issues know.
