I GOT A NEW 2500 AT4 A FEW MONTHS AGO. I WANTED TO PUT 35'S ON IT, THE PLACE THAT INSTALLED THE TIRES FOR ME SAID IT WOULD JUST REQUIRE A VERY SMALL AMOUNT OF TRIMMING TO MAKE THE TIRES NOT RUB.
WELL, AFTER NOTICING DIRT AND SAND UP FRONT OF THE DOOR JAMB (INNER REAR PART OF FRONT FENDER) I CAN SEE A SUBSTANCIAL AMOUNT OF TRIMMING WAS DONE, ENOUGH TO ALLOW WATER ETC TO COME IN WHERE I DONT THINK IT SHOULD.. ANYONE PUT 35'S ON THERE TRUCK WITHOUT MAJOR TRIMMING..

Why are you yelling? ;)

Sadly, I believe that is the price you pay for moving to 35" tire land.

My last truck was a 2021 AT4 HD, I had them swap my tires off my old truck while doing paperwork. I left rolling on Toyo MT’s- 35’s. Stock suspension, no cutting, no rubbing. I did level the truck quickly when I got home, but they never rubbed in the 1000 or so miles I was stock. I was on factory wheels, it appears in on pic you are not on stock wheels- could that be the cause? Maybe wrong off set, width, etc. From what I have read and discovered- you can fit a larger tire riding on the stock wheel. Just my 2 cents.
If it were me, I would surely take phobby up on nice offer!

Nice offer man👊🏻👍
they aren’t expensive, $60 for the extended versions from the GMC website. The front tires on the Dually threw rocks into the face of the rear fenders. The extended one I think helped.

Did that even need to be cut for 35's? I put 295/65 on yesterday and they are only rubbing the fender liner because the side walls are super knobby. I didn't have to touch the mud flap at all!....Then again this could be a width not height deal!

One photo shows Hostile wheels= explains it all.

Did you install on 18'or 20's? If 20's do you think you can get away with the 295's for every day driving with really minor touchs of the fender liner?
I like the Bridgestone's and would just size up.

Yes, and towing! I have taken that particular side apart several times to change the fender light. Loosened the liner up, moved it around, bent in a few spots no worries! Excuse the dirty truck! Again these tires are really knobby on the side wall and that is what was rubbing!

295/65/20 fit perfectly fine on stock wheels. I have the Baja Legend EXP 295/65 on a 23 AT4-HD no level or trimming.
