I ordered a couple of cans of Hyperdip that I plan on using to black out my emblems. I plan on backing out the entire Sierra badging on the tailgate. For the "AT4 HD" badges on side and tailgate, I plan to black those out but leave the red 4 exposed. But I'm uncertain what to do with the GMC grill and tail gate logos.

Soo... please vote on poll and leave any comments/suggestions. thanks.

Leave the red GMC letters. Especially if it's a white/black truck? This will be the first mod I do to my refresh after window tint so following closely!

Just got notice the shipping lable was produced, no EST delivery date as of yet. Truck is ebony twilight metallic. So yeah, black.

And I still need to find a good window tint place around me...serious case of procrastination

When I get my white AT4 I will be plastidipping everything except the red letters including the wheels since I have a box of that stuff.

I'll probably ditch the Sierra badge.

I was considering that but after some thought I decided that if the next guy wanted it on, it would be there. if he wanted it off, he could take it off.

In the middle of the process now.....taking all day :(

Start of the 3rd wet coat. After seeing a blacked out dodge, I decided to do the fender emblems as well. I think they are looking great.

Looks great big! I only did the tailgate and fender emblems today. Screwed up the tailgate "4" I couldn't get the film off of the four w/o peeling the film off the chrome.

I'll try again when I do the side "AT4 HD emblems. I might score it with a razor this time.

Big - How did you do yours?

I used a razor on the four but if you do be careful the red on it scratches and chip easily

Finished mine today! Boy those HDMI ports were hard AF to get off and back on

also, I had to redo all of the 4s and they still aren’t perfect up close. Score the inside of them with a toothpick after each coat
