Has anyone’s truck ever self corrected after emission codes?

Beginning to get a little frustrated. 2023 AT4 3.0 Diesel around 1k miles. Just got it back from the shop after getting “U” codes (system issues) due to a short in the coolant pump. Had it back less than 24 hours and got a “service DEF system” pop up with several emission system codes. The DEF system pop up went away fairly quickly but the CEL stayed on.

However, the CEL went off today (24 hours and 3 short trips later). My question is: has anyone seen this and not experienced future issues or am I probably destined for more emission issues going forward? Wondering if I need to take it back to dealer (very inconvenient for work) or just ride it out. Thanks in advance.

I had a P0402 at about 3K miles while on a trip in New Mexico (9K ft elevation) After a few ignition cycles it went away. Now I'm at 4400 miles and no issues.

At 2500 miles I got my emission problem, took it to the dealership and they said they have to update it and in 30 mins it was ready and hadn't had a engine light until I hit 4k miles 3 days ago but light went away after driving 30 miles the next day. The codes I got were
U0418 - invalid data rovd from control module break system
U0121 - lost comm with abs module
P0700 - trans control system malfunction
U2418 - invalid data rovd from ctrl module break system
U2419, U1610 - manufacturer specific dtc. See service manual
