Greetings all,
New member to this forum who has never never lurked here before. Newly purchased ‘22 diesel and i love it so far. I was on the fence on the year based on price difference of 21s and 22s as well as newer 22 model but preferred the redesigned ’22 MY. This truck checked all the boxes for me except towing mirrors and 360 cameras along with the trailer camera package. Oh well, I’m pleased with this one and i can add the mirrors easy enough. The color (titanium rush metallic) appeals to me and the power and milage (mpg) of the 3.0L more than meet my needs thus far.
So far i have put in a set of weather tech mats, have an Access tonneau cover in the shop and waiting on the access rockstar full width mudflap. Tonight i ordered a Banks iDash Super Gauge and pod for the a-pillar grab handle. I plan to monitor some emissions related items and whatever else i can thats not easily visible in the cluster.
Since the truck is fairly new I am not hoping to need to work on some of the stuff but plan to do as much preemptive work as I can to keep it in tip top shape.
I have a background in electrical and enjoy most anything related to wiring (weird i know). If there’s anything electrical in nature im not afraid to look at it and will try to help anywhere i can.
Thanks for allowing me to join i look forward to any help and offering assistance where i can.
